At Brad Morris Law Firm, PLLC, we are proud to celebrate the outstanding work of our colleague Amy Miller and her team at Miller Olsen, PLLC, who recently won a $2.5 million medical malpractice verdict in King County, Washington.

This case involved a hospital that failed to properly monitor a patient after surgery. Because of this failure, the patient suffered a serious fall and injuries that could have been prevented. Thanks to the hard work and dedication of Amy Miller and her associates, justice was served and the patient received the compensation they deserved.

Amy is a skilled and respected trial attorney. She, along with our own Brad Morris, serves on the faculty of the Keenan Trial Institute, where they help teach other lawyers how to try important and complex cases like this one. We are also honored to have Amy working with us as co-counsel on two cases in Mississippi, both of which are scheduled for trial soon. She is appearing pro hac vice, which allows lawyers from outside the state to assist in cases with special court permission.

We believe in standing up for people who have been harmed due to the carelessness of others. This verdict is a powerful reminder of the difference skilled trial lawyers can make for those in need.
